• Gmail data (read-only): Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, snippet) to log communications against opportunities. We do not read or store the full body of your emails.
• Basic profile info: Your Google email address to identify the connected account.

CRM Data: Opportunity details, company information, contact records, notes, and activity logs that you enter into the platform.

Usage Data: We collect session information (login times, pages visited) to maintain security and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the CRM platform and its features

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and Pages platform). Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and role-based access controls.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or valid legal processes
